We live in an overscheduled life, constantly testing our bodies and souls to the extreme, and to improve our neuroplasticity, we need to expose ourselves to new experiences that can rewire our brains and make us better at home and at work.

Neuroplasticity means that our brain can form new connections between its neurons, reorganize itself in response to an experience and recover from the damage caused. Many studies show that helping others affects directly our happiness, well-being and longevity.

If you follow my instagram stories, you will see that I have been driving around rural Morocco for the past 7 years. I drove nearly 200.000 Km, within 8 different regions, and I worked with over 300 cooperatives, rural businesses and nonprofits, most of which are in landlocked Morocco.

The landscapes, the nature, the food, the people, the stories, the smiles, the colors, the air, the stars, everything is just calmly powerful to immerse you in a whole different dimension.

These trips transformed me in so many ways. But volunteering with the local communities showed me that helping others is just as much about renewing your energy and helping yourself grow and thrive.

That's why I want to bring everyone to these wonderful places, interact with these wonderful people, who knows, maybe you'll get a new life like I did.
